Director and Photographer based in Berlin, Germany.
Growing up in the serene wilderness of the Belgian Ardennes, I was shaped by landscapes that felt both ancient and alive. Surrounded by myths—whether in the intricate designs of nature or the stories and folklore of the rural community. This landscape fostered a deep curiosity in me, a desire to understand the world’s complexities and hidden truths. In this quest, science and research became allies—profound tools that, unlike nature’s mysteries, offer glimpses of clarity to those who seek to uncover them. I am drawn to their power to decode the unknown, translating complexity into clarity.
Yet, I’ve come to realize that what truly fascinates me remains beyond complete understanding. This paradox, the desire to know what cannot be fully understood, is what ignites my creative process. It is within that tension between clarity and mystery that my work finds its voice, searching for new ways to explore what lies just out of reach. Whether through photography, film, or different media, I seek to capture the essence of this tension, not to resolve it, but to explore its endless possibilities.
